Charlotte Priscott

With 13 years of experience in teaching and tutoring across all primary year groups, I am passionate about helping children grow in confidence and reach their full potential. I take a very nurturing, child-centred approach and believe that building strong relationships with pupils is at the heart of successful progress. My First Class degree in Psychology also gives me a deeper understanding of children’s individual needs, particularly when supporting pupils with SEND. I am incredibly proud to have set up CMP Tutoring, creating a supportive and positive space where children feel valued, encouraged and confident in their learning.

Josh Priscott

I’m Josh, co-owner of CMP Tutoring, and I have 13 years of experience in teaching and tutoring. With a First Class degree in Psychology and experience as a former SENDCo, I have a strong understanding of how to support children with a wide range of individual needs. I love making learning fun and engaging, using games and hands-on approaches to help children develop their skills and confidence. I tutor Primary Maths and English, Secondary Maths and 11+ preparation. I particularly enjoy the freedom that tutoring brings, as it allows me to tailor learning to each child and see the positive difference it can make.

Tilly Jones

Tilly specialises in Early Years and is passionate about teaching big subjects to little people. Those first years of learning are so important and her experience working with young children means she is particularly skilled at supporting pupils with SEND.

She is especially passionate about helping children build strong foundations in reading, writing and number - the key skills that unlock learning across every subject. Tilly's aim is always to grow children’s confidence, nurture their curiosity and help them realise just how capable they are.

Caroline Willmott

With over 28 years of teaching experience, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion for education. Throughout her distinguished career, she has worked across all primary year groups and has held senior leadership positions as both an Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.

While Caroline has extensive experience throughout primary education, she has spent the majority of her career teaching Years 5 and 6, making her exceptionally skilled in preparing children for the important transition to secondary school. She is also a SATs specialist, with a proven track record of helping pupils build confidence and achieve their full potential.​ As well as supporting our SATs students, Caroline is currently expanding her expertise into 11+ tuition, and we are excited to have her supporting more families on their educational journeys.

Aleesha Davidson

Aleesha has been teaching for 9 years, with experience working in schools across Birmingham and in and around Plymouth. She is currently teaching a mixed Year 1/2 class at a Plymouth school and has experience teaching children from Nursery right through to Year 6.

Aleesha loves making learning engaging, practical and enjoyable. She has a real passion for art and enjoys getting hands-on with creative activities that inspire children and help bring learning to life.

Melissa Wells

Melissa is a passionate and experienced secondary school English teacher, specialising in KS3 and KS4 English, with additional experience teaching English at KS2. She particularly enjoys working across a range of ages and adapting her teaching to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

Melissa takes a nurturing and supportive approach to teaching and believes that building strong relationships with pupils is fundamental to successful learning. She takes the time to understand each student as an individual, creating a positive environment where they feel comfortable, valued and confident to ask questions, make mistakes and challenge themselves. Melissa is passionate about helping pupils develop not only their academic skills, but also their confidence and enjoyment of English.
